You're paying for your word to be shown on a letter of this site, linked to your website, until someone else pays double what you paid. You aren't buying the letter itself, a trademark, or any set length of time. Your claim stays in the letter's public history after you've been outbid.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where tax such as GST applies, it's added at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card details. A claim only takes effect once Stripe confirms the payment.
Being outbid is how the site works and isn't refunded. We refund a payment in full if another payment for the same letter was confirmed first, or if we take your claim down for breaking the rules. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You're responsible for your word, name and link, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You let us show them on the site, in its history and in images for sharing it. We can take down any claim that breaks the rules, with a full refund.
Links to your website are normal links, which search engines may follow. We don't promise any search ranking, traffic or other result.
We'll try to keep the site running but can't promise it'll always be available. If we ever close it, we'll give notice on the site first. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything to do with a claim is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you paid applies to your claim. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
