Privacy

Last updated 15 October 2026. thealphabetpage.com is run by Deliberate Pty Ltd, Australia.

What we keep

• Shown in public: your word, your link, the name you chose (or "Anonymous"), what you paid and when. This stays in the letter's history.
• Kept private: your email address. We use it to send your receipt, to tell you if someone takes your letter, and to tell you about a refund. We don't send marketing and don't share it.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what it keeps.
• Visits: we use Google Analytics to count visits. It uses cookies. Our server also keeps short-lived logs, including IP addresses, to stop abuse.

Emails

Emails are sent through Resend. You'll only get emails about your own claims.

Your choices

Email hello@thealphabetpage.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. If you want your name taken out of a letter's history, we'll change it to "Anonymous".
